Today was another great day for the Nasdaq. This morning job report came better then expected and push the indices higher. The Nasdaq closed the week with a nice 6,6% gain.
Today PLTR did very good up more then 5% for the day. META, MSFT, NOW and VRT all closed with more then 1% gain. I would have expect more from VRT but it is currently in a consolidation area.
As for CRWD it started the day lower after FTNT came out with weak guidances on its earnings the night before. I then decided to sell it as it was not a big performer since I bought it.
I then decided to buy SMCI which was doing well this morning. I then after realized the sell of CRWD and the buying of SMCI was a mistake.
CRWD managed to get back with a 3% gain and I was down 1,5% for the day with SMCI.
I should have stay with my plan and keep CRWD as it had not hit my stop loss. SMCI was not on my weekly buy list and I should have pass on it but seing it going up greed took over.
This trading week ended with profits and brought me lessons to learn from. I will take some time this weekend to scan stocks for next week and analyse my mistakes.
We will see what next week bring but I think we will see some distribution days in the near term.
